College football Week 2 odds, moneyline, spreads and totals
The first full weekend of college football action saw three top-10 teams fall, as well as Florida State upset Alabama as 13.5-point underdogs. The Seminoles rose the highest in this week’s rankings, settling in at No. 14. Alabama, ranked in their 280th consecutive AP Poll, fall to No. 21.
There is only one matchup between two ranked teams in Week 2, as No. 15 Michigan head to Norman for a showdown with No. 18 Oklahoma. Michigan defeated New Mexico 34-17 in Ann Arbor, while Oklahoma routed Illinois State 35-3 as QB John Mateer threw for 392 yards and Keontez Lewis hauled in two touchdowns.
Only four conferences — the Big Ten, ACC, Big 12 and SEC — as well as independent Notre Dame, are represented in this week’s poll, making this the second time in 55 years that four or fewer conferences are represented, according to ESPN Research.
The action starts Saturday at noon ET on ABC with San Jose State Spartans taking on Arch Manning and No. 7 Texas Longhorns in Austin. Here’s where you can find where to watch every game.
