Baylor Women’s Basketball Reveals New Uniforms Ahead Of NCAA Tournament – SportsLogos.Net News

The Baylor women’s basketball program joined UConn in unveiling new uniforms ahead of its first-round NCAA Tournament matchup with 13th-seeded Grand Canyon, which tips off at 3:30 p.m. ET on Friday.
The Bears now have their nickname prominently displayed across the chest of the home white version, rather than the school name, while the green road set continues to feature a gold “Baylor” wordmark.
Both versions include a contrasting collar and arm holes, as well as side panels with a claw-like design that transitions from green to gold to green on the white uniforms and gold to green to gold on the green set.
This look, which is complete with an interlocking “BU” on the bottom of the shorts, replaces an asymmetrical design that wrapped around the bottom of the shorts and went up the left side of the uniform.
As the No. 4 seed in the Spokane 1 Regional, the Bears will wear the white home version until at least the Sweet 16, where they could face third-seeded LSU. Assuming both teams advance that far, that’s when rhe green road set would debut.
