Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have reached a divorce settlement.

The couple who was married for four years and even share a daughter, Juno who was born in 2020, filed for divorce in 2023 due to “irreconcilable differences.”

As per documents obtained by TMZJackson is entitled to pay 2787 dollars per month in child support but will not be providing any spousal support.

Even thought the divorce has been finalized, the former partners are still feuding over whether Juno will go to school with Turner-Smith, urging the judge to give her power to move their daughter to a new school.

In the documents submitted to the court, it is stated that Turner-Smith researched the school properly and even discussed it with Jackson, making sure it was close to his home, as the pair would be having 50-50 custody of the little girl.

The 38-year-old is also requesting that Jackson pay her a total amount of 75,000 dollars to cover her attorney’s fees.

Previously, Jodie Turner-Smith opened up about her separation from Joshua Jackson, telling The Sunday Times:

“Sometimes things we really want to work just don’t end up working. And that’s OK. The most important thing is that you choose what’s healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children.”
