A national champion will be crowned this weekend when Auburn takes on Florida and Duke battles Houston in the 2025 NCAA Men’s Final Four at the Alamodome in San Antonio on April 5 and 7.

This marks just the second time since seeding began in 1979 that all four No. 1 seeds have reached the Final Four, joining the 2008 tournament, which saw Kansas cut down the nets with an overtime victory over Memphis in San Antonio.

The Alamo City also hosted the 1998, 2004 and 2018 Final Fours, which trails only Kansas City (10), Indianapolis (eight), New York City (seven), Louisville and New Orleans (six) for the most of any city.

Naturally, the logo for this year’s event is heavily influenced by the Mission-style architecture of the Alamo – which could also be seen in the 1998, 2004 and 2018 logos, whereas the 2008 Final Four prominently featured a cowboy hat and belt.

This year’s logo also uses a Fiesta-themed colour palette of teal, pink and orange, reminiscent of the 1989-2002 San Antonio Spurswho played their home games at the Alamodome.

As is traditionally the case at the Final Four, the logo is prominently displayed at the center of the two-tone court, which was manufactured by Connor Sports and is made entirely from sugar maple trees from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The out-of-bounds area is mostly teal, with “NCAA Men’s Final Four” in orange and black along the baselines, which are shaped like the arched facade of the Alamo and include a sublimated star pattern that will wrap around the baskets.

There are also ticket-shaped boxes along the upper and lower sidelines that feature “San Antonio” and “The Road Ends Here,” respectively, flanked by a pair of teal stars. The court is complete with solid black keys, matching the logo and apron area.

The Final Four tips off on Saturday with the Gators and Tigers taking the court at 6:09 p.m. ET on CBS. That will be followed by the Cougars and Blue Devils, while the title game is set for 8:50 p.m. ET on CBS on Monday.
