For this week only, United Airlines is discounting flights across its network with deals for United Chase cardholders and MileagePlus members.

Flights are available to 25 destinations — including Hawaii, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico — starting at 12,000 miles one-way for cardholders.

• Providenciales International Airport (PLS), Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport (TQO) and Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM), starting at 12,000 miles
• Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), Lihue Airport (LIH), Kahului Airport (OGG) and Kona International Airport (KOA), starting at 13,000 miles
• Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK), starting at 25,000 miles
• Auckland Airport (AKL), Melbourne Airport (MEL), Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Haneda Airport (HND), starting at 35,000 miles

The same routes are on sale for MileagePlus members at a higher price point, ranging from 14,000 to 40,000 miles one-way, plus taxes and fees. See United’s website for a full list of routes available for MileagePlus members.

Based on a test search conducted for this story, flights from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to Melbourne Airport (MEL) in Australia were available to book in February for 80,000 miles round-trip plus $114 in taxes and fees.

Sale flights will be economy fares, which include one free checked bag. Award travel can be canceled or changed for free.
